Help with updating my daily meditations

Hello,

It would be great if if someone can help me with what's missing in my daily meditation practice and help me optimize it.

My current schedule-

1) Aura cleaning 1 - Vibrate Suraye 42 times, then proceed with light over the body then light on each of the 7 main chakras and hip, knees, ankles, wrists, shoulders and third eye one by one

2) EZ Chakra spin - all 7

3) Chakra vibration for the chakra of that day- I vibrate the mantra for the chakra of that particular day for as many repetitions as is suggested for that chakra opening. Example, Saturday, vibrate 7 times Laum in base chakra

4) Hatha yoga - the basic hatha yoga routine given in the main website beginner hatha yoga pdf

5) Aura cleaning 2 - Vibrate Suraye 21 times, then proceed with light over the body then light on each of the 7 main chakras and hip, knees, ankles, wrists, shoulders and third eye one by one

6) AOP - after finishing the second aura cleaning i visualise sun light barrier around me and affirm 7 times "I am breathing in powerful satanic solar energy. This energy is building an Aura of protection around me, this aura protects me at all times in every way."

7) Breathing followed by personal life affirmation - I do reversed sitkari 6 times with holds of about 10 seconds (don't worry i have been doing breathing for years and can hold breath at the top for about 10 seconds with zero strain). Then i follow it with some personal life affirmation (it's personal, I won't reveal here).

All this takes me about 1 hour 30 mins. I do this entire routine without fail everyday. I work a job, and have daily basic tasks like cooking etc too so I can't realistically add something which will take time. But is what I am doing even covering the very basics? Am i missing anything in my daily practice? can anything be improved or optimised?

Thank you
