Progress from previous incarnations on the path

Hello everyone, i had some question's pop up in my head again and i recall it from before as well. Only this time i am now posting about it, is it possible that one can feel like they are new on the path but as they continue with their meditations they reach an important point? This important point being an awareness of their past incarnations and them being cognizant of their past progress, which allows them to understand exactly where they are at from before and just continue where they left off so to speak? As in they stop what they are doing and just immediately change their meditation routines to match where they left off from their past incarnations? Also continue to look forward to these random posts, i love posting about them so that others can get some clarity on this as well.

Yes, it is possible. The person who has already done soul work and attained a certain level will be reintroduced to the path in the present life, and during the process of advancement, he or she will re-acquire the level previously attained in order to move forward.
