Hello, fellow Zevism. I recommend to NEVER, EVER give your birth time out to somebody you don't know. This seems fishy as FUCK.

They ask for Name, DOB, Time, Place, and your email. Pretty much almost every identifying factor. If people know your time of birth, place of birth, ext, they can work extremely powerful curses against your weaknesses. Don't fall for this bullshit, Zevism!
