It depends on how he is contacting you. If he is contacting via email, block his email adress, if he goes as far as making a new account and still contacting you, make a new email. If he is contacting you via facebook/myspace/twitter ext. there should be an option to block the user, if not, just report him. If he is contacting you via cellphone, just block his number. simple ^_^
