On Feeling Energy (please read first if you can)

When I got to this forum I mostly asked about ways in which I could have 'cured' myself from not feeling energy.

Just wanted to put this as publicly as I can for those who don't feel energy. Today I posted this:

The thing is... since I did that hours ago, 6 hours ago at least, I can't stop feeling energy. There's a lot of pressure in my head chakras, the third eye, the temple chakras, and it feels like I'm wearing a "crown" of energy or something like that because of the energy pressing on all these points.
It's not a bad feeling, it's just that I'm very surprised today. From no energy to THIS is quite the change for me in a couple months.

I think this 'version' (mentally vibrating words into my chakras, one word each from 1st to 9th) of the Final Ritual has really had an impact, so I wanted to ask you if you had any similar experience.

Let me tell you, I am currently ALMOST unable to handle this much. It's almost making me light headed.

Please let me know if you think this is normal. I'm not getting freaked out, but I keep thinking some greys may have noticed me and see my success as a threat. Wouldn't be surprised if this was the case, but I can't say for sure as I still suck telling the difference between astral entities. I hope I'm not feeling a Demon and thinking it's a grey because of how unfamiliar I am with this.

There was a blockage it seems and you broke it, allowing energy to circulate freely through the upper region of your soul and you felt this in your upper chakras. The upper chakras are needed in order to perceive energy and the astral as that is their entire charge as the feminine aspects of the soul in connecting to the aether.

With little to no energy in them you were probably overcompensating in other areas to feel energy, of which was largely ineffective. Now that the blockage is broken and energy is freely circulating through them now you will have a better time in developing a sensitization to energy and feeling the astral. This may still need to be developed though depending on individual factors, everyone is different.

The pressure/pain/discomfort is because your upper chakras are not used to such energy circulating through them, though in my time of posting this I'm sure you've realized that they'll get used to this to where it won't hurt so much or be so uncomfortable.

You need to spend some extra time on your upper chakras to strengthen them, having a flow of energy helps but they still need to be strengthened as passive energy will only do so much because it stays at a rather consistent level. No doubt when raising your overall energy and power though you've been feeling more in your upper chakras as of late since enabling this circulation of energy.

I'm sure you've had enough time since this posting to get used to the energy. You can vibrate ZZZ into each of your upper chakras one at time 4 to 8 times each to get some energy vibrating into them. Pronouncing ZZZ is just buzzing like a bee and you need to change the pitch to match the vibrational tone of the chakras, this can take some experimenting. In my experience the upper chakras vibrate at higher frequencies.

This is more a casual exercise though, you can choose to even do the opening of the upper chakras meditations for each of them if you want. Or even just vibrate a rune like SOWILO or RAUM into them. Just don't overdo it, you shouldn't be in excruciating pain or anything.

I'm very proud of your progress. When members make diligent effort towards their advancement I'm far more inclined to prioritize helping them first before going to others, so I spend extra time in my responses for members who prove devoted and determined to learn and grow. As for telepathy, when you're not very advanced in the area, I've found in my experience that the words spoken to you by demons and other beings will be more a manipulation of your own thoughts by them in order to relay what they want to say since you can't quite hear them well enough yet. This is why it sounds like your own voice.

But be careful with this and take whatever you 'hear' with a grain of salt as I've found it difficult from time to time to determine what is actually the babbling of my own mind and what is telepathy. Our psychic centres pick up a lot of energy around us and not all of it is from other beings nor is all of it from our gods and benevolent beings, the enemy can do the same thing with telepathy. Only once have I clearly heard the voice and tone of a demon and it was my guardian calling my name rather sternly to wake me up when I almost fell asleep in the middle of doing Rituals roughly a year ago.

The best way I've been able to determine a real form of telepathy in this manner that is apart from my own thoughts is that it feels forced, sudden, unexpected and 'comes out of no where'. It's different to the feeling of words surfacing from in your mind, it feels like it comes abruptly from outside it but it still sounds like your own thoughts. This isn't easy to describe and I'm aware that this seems confusing, but you'll know what I mean when it happens.

With more clear telepathy where you hear the tone and voice, etc, it sounds more blatant, it can sound echoey or distant even and seems to be coming from inside your head but it's definitely loud and clear as if someone was speaking to you through a set of damn good headphones right in your ear. My right temple chakra is more stronger than my left one so I usually hear words from my right 'ear' and not my left. I plan to fix this balance soon.

As for your upper chakras, the full blockage is no longer present but what is basically standing before you now is akin to a narrow door tightly ajar where it's limiting full access of energy. You need only 'break it away' to force it to open wider. You can definitely treat it still like a blockage and destroy it as such but alternatively you can visualize that door opening wider and allowing more energy to flood in and pass into the chakra and you can keep doing that for as long as it takes for many days while vibrating ZZZ into the chakra. Just believe and know with intent that as the door is being pried open wider and wider, the chakra is able to take in more and more energy. Visualize the energy flowing freely through like a powerful river.

As you make progress and this 'door' is being opened, once it's fully opened to where it can't open any further just visualize and remove the door entirely. giving unlimited access for the energy to circulate and enter into the chakra. Personally if I were you I would also start incorporating use of the ether element as this is a driving element of the upper chakras. You don't have to breathe in the element if you don't want to, you just need to sensitive and tune into it but if you find breathing in the element helps then go ahead. To do this quieten your mind as best you can, visualize and then focus on the ether element.

The ether element is ultra-violet in colour like a blacklight as described here. Spend several minutes familiarizing yourself with the element and tuning into it. Feel it's present all around you and in your soul, more emphasizedly in the head region of your soul above the heart chakra. You can engulf this area in the element and then just relax and focus on it's visualization. You don't need to strain with this nor do you need to focus on each chakra individually, just the head region as a whole, it's a gentle exercise, just relax, sit back and visualize and passively feel the elemental matter of the astral plane.

What this will do is help tune the ether element into your upper chakras to help focus their rulings as creative cores for the astral, it will also help passively strengthen their qualities and open them up to their astral influencing capabilities. Additionally it will help sensitize you and familiarize you to these chakras making it easier to feel them and work with them. What also helps greatly with this is being in tune with the feminine side of the soul. You can picture or think of feminine characteristics and I don't care if this is the concept of painting nails, make-up, pink frilly decorations, the female form. Whatever floats your boat to visualize and focus attention on and helps you to mentally and spiritually embrace the female side, as this is what will help open access to the upper chakras as they are 'female' chakras and femininity resonates with them.

This can take time to really open up to strengthening, tuning and empowering your upper chakras, just stay consistent and determined.

I have a real question when one open its third eye do the unknown attack us how do they know our 3rd eye is open. One more question do the 3rd open first when working with chakras do we open the 3rd eye first?

The telepathy you speak of sounds familiar. There have been times when I just felt this abrupt/out of no where thought coming up and I question it, knowing it not to have been a consequence of my normal thinking. If I feel it's too sudden and very possibly not from me, then I choose to retain it as a possible message and try to see where it leads me if I follow its directions. This usually happened whenever I was unsure about an Element and I had the 'hint' of dropping it and just focusing on my chakras instead. (Even if I followed this path thought, as it was wiser indeed, I didn't really make any noticeable progress until I started taking more time doing Rituals and trying to make them "hit the spot".)

Yes, precisely my main problem. Way more times than I know I have chosen to dismiss a thought as I realized it was more than likely mine. I plan to correct this and trust "sudden thoughts" more once I can rely on freer and more receptive head chakras.

A word more on this as I've been able to observe this temple predominance just today.
I've been taking advantage of the fact that I've been feeling my head chakras (third eye and temples more than anything else) in order to test them by working on Energy Ripping someone (who had it coming, I just postpone things until I know I have a chance at being successful with them). Other than the fact that I did feel some proficency at absorbption via the slightly more available head chakras, I suddenly thought of your message (read it hours ago but I needed a nap as I worked early in the morning today) and how you described feeling your right 'ear' stronger than the left. In my case, I felt the left as the strongest and if I had to quantify it I'd say I was able to understand it's about twice as strong (and bigger, in a way, too). I thought back on when I saw and hear Haures and how Her name seemed to echo 'on the left part'. I had never thought I'd pick up sounds better with one side of my chakras/perception, but today I realize the left part of my hearing is simple better than the right. So thanks once more.

Additionally (before I forget to mention that), I also felt a (although faint and thin) stream of energy being directed from my head chakras while Energy Ripping ( this => https://www.templeofzeus.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Energy_Ripping.html ) TO my second/sexual chakra. I literally felt the second chakra and I'm kind of ashamed to say it seems/feels small and weak. Of course to feel it at all is still better than feeling nothing, I guess, so it's still a small step forward. I remember how HP Pythia describes absorbing WITH the feminine chakras but storing the ripped energy in the lower ones, especially the second one. I didn't even direct the energy there to be honest, I just noticed that chakra was the one doing the work and receiving the energy from the upper ones. Found it curious because it wasn't something I was planning to do when I focused on the actual absorption, but it still worked exactly the way HP Pythia said it would.

Also, I realized how my second chakra (and the other chakras indeed) is located in the center of my body, not on the spine, as I always think when I picture a chakra diagram. I'm used to even say to some people that "chakras are located along the spine".. but I know we have a frontal chakra projection (like the third eye is the frontal projection of the sixth chakra, way inside the head) and a back projection, that are supposedly located around skin level in the back of our body. Today I just realized this by myself (about time! lol) as I felt the second chakra getting 'awake', enough for me to feel it and locate it at least.
(I also chose this particular skill to train with because I figured if I can absorb such amounts of Elemental energy without flinching, how hard can a materialistic ignorant asshole's energy be to absorb? I have yet to see result on the person's behaviour as I just started this and it'll probably have to take its toll in time, but for a first day I have to say I'm pretty impressed with the results. Won't go "death spell" here as it's not my priority (priority goes to Rituals and self betterment), I just want them to learn respect and apologize formally.)

Perfectly fitting example here. I do feel it's like a slightly open door right now. Like when you near the door with the face and feel that light stream of air that carries the smell of the next room (I'm used to smelling things lol). I find the ZZZ vibration works way better right after a good, stimulating Ritual when my energy is freer and more willing to cooperate, but I'm going to try using some words from the Ritual that I find particularly stimulating in order to 'shock therapy' my energy during idle time and take advantage of this effect to follow up with ZZZ and visualize the door opening and leading more energy in the head.
Today and yesterday I noticed something I haven't seem to be able to do before as well (yet another thing): whenever I felt numb as I usually do and just thought of directing energy to the head, I'd feel that immediate 'push' and third eye and temples getting flooded almost right away. This surprised me because it required nothing but a thought, I didn't even have to use mantras or Ritual words. The energy simply went there because I wanted it to. I'm curious as to what I'll notice next, cause I can DEFINITELY feel myself changing here..

I read that page a number of times, tried to feel it but the main mistake I make (or problem I run into anyway) is that while I clearly understand the nature of the 4 Elements and can visualize them and feel them in some way, the Quintessence still eludes me as I don't really know 'if' I feel it and I'm just not realizing I do. Being the one the 4 Elements originate from it should theorically be either hot and cold, and heavy and light, as well as probably all the other features one can attribute to anything one knows.. I suppose that having all these features, 'feeling anything at all equals feeling the Quintessence'? Possible, but in my current case I think it's still a bit confusing to think of its concept.. when I saw Haures, the "place" behind her was something like a void filled with light and it felt kind of... "full"? :/ I'm beginning to think perhaps "the astral" is not a thinner/airy dimension that I have to strain myself in order to perceive, but a much fuller and thicker dimension than I give it credit for, and that I can only perceive it but becoming capable of standing more complete energies in my Soul.
I'll try to work on this and see if the ultra-violet color (its color is, as far as I know, the only thing I can identify this 'substance' with) gets me to sensitize myself to it in any way. I don't really know anymore than these few things about it though, so I don't know how well I could use it with a limited understanding of it.

But yeah, I was definitely thinking of starting to use this in order to balance my Elements. I think I've been jumping from one to the other way more than necessary, if there was progress to make like this I guess by now I should have covered that, even if I can't fully feel the effects yet due to my blockage. I'll get back to them in time, when I'm open enough to work seriously on some skills without sounding like an Avatar fangirl.

When you said to picture something 'feminine' and listed those things, I tried them all but ...ahah, nope, didn't do it yet. So I decided to try and picture my upper part of the Soul as a feminine one in shape, feel and features.. I asked myself, what does a female do that I male won't? Well.. females "take cocks in them", right? lol So I visualized (as I thought it'd be useful for the energy ripping exercise) the upper part of the soul as a bunch of ..'tentacled mouths'? and used those to 'eat' the person's energy (like the webpage suggests one can do to visualize this more easily). And I must say, it DID feel feminine (hope I'm not sounding too sexist here lol).
And coming to think of it again, that is also the same time I felt my second chakra. :shock: Could it be that by using the feminine aspect of the Soul I also somehow triggered the male part to counter it??

Dude, I'm in shock lol. So many things are happening at once, I'm not even expecting them but they keep surprising me. I wish I had joined this forum so much earlier.

Anyway, that's the current update on things. Thank You so much for all your advice, I'm saving these messages in a folder to make sure I don't lose valuable knowledge and can read it even if I'm offline.
