Read HPS Pythia's recent sermon on kundalini symptoms. I have to take a cold-ish bath at night, and the water temp actually increases from my heat lol.

I wake up in night sweats also. It's been happening this year and it be nights when it's not even hot. Well, now I know what it is.

What if this kind of thing has been happening for years ? This has been happening everyone I was about 13 or 14 .. Im 20 ..can some one explain the symptoms the lythe people are experiencing too....all of that is happening to me in the coldest of nights and I wake up around 3:30 ish ...EVERY SINGLE TIME
