need help on 3rd eye opening

i checked out the jos site and this is how i am trying to do this so far.

could someone give me some tips and info on how to find the one spot it says i am supposed to find.

it say not to get discouraged if you cannot find it right away but still any help on this would be appreciated.

i mean it say you will feel a faint electrical shock when you get it but i do not know what that sort of feeling feels like. any help on this also wold be apreciated.

sorry if i sound noobish but then i am pretty much a noob here lolz.

The exact spot probably depends on the size and shape of your forehead, but mine is about 1/2 an inch up from my eyebrows. You know where Hindus have the red mark in between their eyebrows? That's on the 2nd eye, and the 1st eye (talking about clairvoyance eyes) is right between your physical eyes on the bridge of your nose. So the 3rd eye is above your 2nd eye. If you need extra help, get something that washes off easily, and mark right between your eyebrows, and go up 1/2 inch to a full inch, depends on how big your head is.

I don't know if this helps, but when I tried it I felt a faint tightness right where my third eye is, like someone was pinching my forehead with two fingers. It's sort of like popping something small, but with a sudden pressure and a tight knot to it. =\

when i opened my third eye it was a pressure type feeling above the natural eyes and in the center
if u look on JOS website it gives diagrams where the chakras are
and instructions on how to open them
follow the information to the T. It does work

thanks for one and all that have responded to this messagei am a total noob (hey we were all noobs at one time) at this so it may take me awhile but i am sure it also says what it feels like when it is done so i am sure i will know when i get it right or at least i hope so.
