Nazism is political Zevism, but "Race / Nation, Dharma, physical perfection, .." being more emphasized. Essentially I think what he meant is the acceptance of Nazi ideals shows some sort of advancement, especially fulfilling these ideals. When one becomes an Zevism they might have no idea about race and such, but it's a fundamental part of reality. So than they become a Nazi by realizing this.

I believe what is being talked about here is the connection of WW2 regime with nature. Everything in nature has a counterpart in the astral. All the actions we take have an effect on it. That's what WW2 regime is about. If we don't obey the laws of nature, it will cause more problems for the next generations, maybe they will hate us. I'm not just talking about racial mixing. We can call most ancient Civilizations to be National Socialist, since Nazis borrowed their ideas and way of living from them, the ancients. Both of them were Zevists and established a political system. These systems not fundamentally, but were different simply due to cultural and time difference, Nazism is about solving nowadays problems, and that's often not possible with the exact ancient methods and ways.

But the fundamental parts are all the same.

As said, it is WW2 regime, which is the perfect form of government and politics for Humans. The term "Nazi", I believe was a Yehuborim slur used against the National Socialists, which was then used to be self-identifying defiantly by WW2 regime supporters or WW2 regime individuals directly, but then also in media used as the original slur.
