Hello Brothers and Sisters,
I have been having troubles staying consistent with meditations. I'm basically a mess right now in terms of organizing my life in general. I was wondering if I could get some information on what meditations you all do and what are the most effective and time efficient.
This is the current plan:
Kundalini Yoga
Void Meditation
Alternative Nostril
Vibrate SATANAS (For Protection)
Drawing Energy

Would kundalini yoga be enough to substitute for chakra meditation? I know it gives the chakras energy but would it be as effective as let's say, chakra breathing? I usually feel kundalini surges during a session and then have bliss states afterwards. I would think it is a good replacement but the problem is it takes a lot of time.

I usually meditate on a candle flame for ten to fifteen minutes. I would say just two or five minutes never felt like enough for me. I think void meditation would be necessary but if anyone else has advice for this I am very much open for it.

I have the alternative nostril on here because of the kundalini yoga. This usually takes me about ten minutes.

I know that I need protection and ever since I read the article I've been vibrating SATANAS and stating affirmations for protection. When I vibrate it once it takes me about five minutes but I may need to do more.

I am exceptionally good at manipulating energy but I feel that I should keep taking in energy for raising bio-electricity. Continues practice would not hurt as well (I am obviously not the best).

I think I should take some time aside as well for practice on psychic ability. I DO want to preform Reverse Torah Rituals but I feel overwhelmed in life. I should make this clear that I have other things I need to do as well. When I say overwhelmed I don't mean with spirituality. I mean spirituality on top of the things that are expected of me.

What is your advice? Would this be a good plan? What is the best meditation plan out of your personal experiences?

Thanks to all.

If you haven't already you can start with the 40 day empowerment plan. This has laid the bases for my routine

With the plan you have now it looks great! Although while kundalini yoga does increase the flow of energy the best way to empower the chakras is power meditation
Also what could help is setting a goal for yourself like wanting to see auras or fixing something that is wrong with you
In regards to the reverse Torah rituals these are of maximum importance and the first one only takes a maximum of 10 min
Everything else you have looks fine. Remember to never be afraid to try to add and experiment with things until you find something that works for you Don't forget to read and enlighten yourself and if you can make time strength training and hatha yoga are important Let me know if you need anything else ✌?️
