more protection from links

After reading some of the posts by members last nite about links,and how the enemy can put those on us,to suck energy,and even feed us thoughts that are not our own.I decided to do it myself this morning in my power meditations.At the end I always do the sun aura protection meditation anyway,but this morning I visualized blue Demonic energy,and fire like H P Baghie suggests,but I touched all my chakras one at a time,starting with the crown,and down to the base.Then I visualized a very strong and bright fire going to the source.When I finished,I felt so light and free.As Dan and Lydia posted,if you haven't done it,it is really amazing how you feel after.I am going to add that to my closing protection meditations every morning.Working in retail like I do,I come across a lot of negative and sick enemy energy.

I know! I'm glad you did it too! I feel like my whole heart/chest/back area had been in a clamp for most of my life and it finally released. I may have to do my 6th again though, I think I only damaged the link.

<td val[/IMG]I know what you mean lydia,I did all my chakras just to make sure that they are not linked up to me in any way.Its amazing,I can even think better,and more clearer now.As you said everyone needs to do this,especially newbi's.I am going to make it a regular part of my morning PM,like I do with the protection meditation.
