Detaching elementals and protection from enemy entities

Greetings my Zevist Family,

I was just reading the witchcraft section and I read about elementals and I read that one could attach this to one’s aura to have it feed off their energy but my question is, if someone did something like this and I one of us, how do we detach this properly? Is there a method for this?

Correct me if I’m wrong my brothers and sisters but I also do not see very much knowledge or meditations for defense from entities that one may be dealing with. Can someone lead me in the right direction?
