meditation hours?

how many hours am i suppose 2 meditate each day?

If you're doing kundalini yoga and other stuff I don't think you need to do more than 1 hour of meditation a day. I split it in 2 sessions of 30 mins a day, just after yoga and pranayama when I'm more relaxed and easier to feel my bioelectricity.
