What are the dangers of having a Kriya Yoga session and Hatha Yoga session back to back or like 2 hours apart?
Because that's what I'm planning to do.(Kriya yoga, and then meditations of the day, and lastly Hatha yoga).

Not yoga in itself
But as you know spiritual practices raise your energy levels and too much energy can be dangerous.
