i don`t have my chakras open yet, can i still start the 5 Tibetan rights, or kundalini yoga? i used to do the spinal series, but i stopped. if or whenever i start again, im staying with it for as long as necessary. im thinking of changing my yoga schedule all together, right now i just do hatha physical yoga, ans satanama mantra and breath of fire, once a day. is this OK? or do i need to move on to kundalini yoga or 5 Tibetan rites? does it matter if my chakras are open or not?

Do the books go further than the JoS website?

I have just ordered everything on the site.

Either way is fine, I'm just curious.

Thanks.

I believe this is only the case for fools who immediately focus on stimulating the kundalini without properly building up a strong foundation with their daily 8fold practice. Closed chakras come from imbalance/s in our systems and yoga balances all, as you know.

It is also important to note the illusion of separateness when it comes to the 'different' forms of yoga. It's all the same thing and leads to the same outcome, godhead. Fuck the enemy for confusing this practice for us gentiles.

If you continue doing Kundalini yoga and in any case, the Kundalini shoots energy up your spine, that finds closed chakras, this can cause powerful problems in your system. For energy to flow up the spine, you need open chakras. Or else its like pushing water constantly on a blocked tunnel. At a time, it will crack and it won't be pleasant. There is no need to rush in this, as the outcome may be a bit more unpleasant than a growth in power.

Absolutely. I think it was a great investment.

I wish they were available as ebooks too - like PDF's so I can read them on my iPad. That way if I'm somewhere that I don't have internet I can read them.
