Choosing yoga asanas for me

Hello, Family.
Hatha yoga (the PDF Lady Maxine had created, which is the one i was using whenever I did yoga) has always been something I dislike. After reading on doshas from High Priestess Lydia, I thought it would be good to choose asanas for me.

I took the test - I am Vata-Pitta type with imbalance in Vata.

I took a look at the suggested type of yoga. The supine yoga asanas look increeeedible...! Just lying on my back and stretching my body; so nice!

But, I'm not familiar with yoga at all (to choose a sequence on my own). The only thing I remember from the hatha yoga PDF is that it's important to include the reverse of whichever asana we do. Also, different asanas work on different chakras, so how do we keep the balance?

I don't want to create something overly complicated. I just want something steady.

I've tried following along YouTube yoga videos, but I don't enjoy that either. (It's better for me to read the asanas and follow along)
Kundalini yoga is also not for me (for the present) as I need something to ground me.

Is there some kind of guide out there that could help me out? Even if it's a book, I'll purchase it, so my study, and then choose the yoga asanas with that knowledge in mind.
