Thank you soutlaw. I am looking into it just have to wait till I have the money for it. Not very expensive but I have so many bills to pay too. Lol But I have found a site to get it from. And I have been looking into cod liver oil too but again just haven't had the money for it. Meats and eggs is easy I already have a place to get those from but organic milk is gonna be a little tougher. I know a lady who sells goat cheese at the market but not sure if anyone sells milk. Will just have to look into it. I'm sure someone here does. And that post about the vegan... Just shows how stupid some people really are and willing to except anything that the media and such give them. Veganism never sounded like a healthy choice even vegetarian is lacking in a lot of nutrients and such. This kind of stuff never hits the big screw though cause then there would be people who may open their eyes and see how stupid they are being. But as for the nutrients that she and the baby is good to know so I can get plenty in for me and the baby when I start breastfeeding.<hr>From: soutlaw92@... [SSHealth]

@ Jessica
Congratulations with your pregnancy.
I hope you go along and look into the herb that CentralForce recommended. In addition to that, keep going with local farmers markets and the like, I understand about being on a budget. I guess we all are in one way or the other. Continue with the eggs and healthy organic meats, if you can find, and goats milk and or cows milk is good if you can handle it. Organic milk (preferably unpasteurized) has much nutrient density (if they are pasture raised) and it nourishing to you and your child. You may also want to put healthy fats into your diet such as organic butter too. Fats are nourishing for your brain, hormones and endocrine system.
I don't know if you saw the post by HP Don in the main groups but this will help you a lot. Also though you are on a budget, you should try to look into Cod liver oil. This is high in vitamin A and D and other trace minerals and is very important for the development of you and your baby. It doesn't cost much.

Eggs for your child when he or she is born will also support the brain function ten fold because of choline and other necessary nutrients.
