My headaches are always near the front of my head taking up nearly the whole forehead that starts at the hair line then radiates down. It is a constant ache with no throbbing at all. That is what makes I so bad to me is there is no relief from it. It will last for the entire day and it may go through the night I just don't notice it then cause I'm asleep.
As far as my blood levels, I understand what you are say about that. Different races, different levels. And as for me I am very fatigued all the time. I have moments where I get very weak too. Meaning if I try to pick something up, arms start to shake and I loose my grip. Also when I am standing my legs will start to shake and I feel like I about to fall. My neck and upper shoulders are almost constantly sore and stiff and have an ache to them. And I am not having them right now but before I became pregnant I would get cramps and soreness in my abdomen right under my ribs a lot.
I will definitely check into this herb and try to get some. Thank you.<hr>From:

Can you describe the headaches? What part of your head do they affect? What is the intensity and nature of the pain?
One herbal formula (quite literally the one and only formula that is recommended and deemed safe during pregnancy) that the Chinese give to almost all pregnant women is Dan Gui Shao Yao Wan/San (Wan San and Tang are words used interchangeably, one means powder, the other teapills and another decoction, not sure which is which personally but if you can't find one search the other terms).
This acts as a nutritive tonic to support your blood, liver function and reduce morning sickness. This formula can be taken daily from now until the baby is delivered, after which you can find a formula more suitable to your presentation as most herbs are contraindicated in pregnancy but afterwards this is no longer of concern.
The thing about readings in blood tests, and this includes any blood test it that the range in which your value might fall has to account for every person in the population, and this includes other races. This means that whilst the value may be x, for you the value should be x + 5 but the population as a statistical whole will not suffer from visible disease until the value is x - 2... if that makes sense. So you can be within 'range' but not necessarily where YOU need to be.
If you feel low in energy (fatigued), suffer from vertex headaches (top of the head, particularly dull, aching headaches which last for a long time), sore and stiff neck, bloating and stomach cramps or pain under the ribs that is dull and aching, potentially feelings of chest oppression and sinusitis symptoms then I would almost state with certainty that you have low iron and or low B12...
