Joswiki Page Help!

Good Morning All,
I was hoping to gain some advice regarding the joswiki page. When I clicked the “create account” button I was immediately redirected to the page being blocked and instructing me to email the site owner, but I could not locate an email anywhere on the page to do so, (unless I’m overlooking it). Does any o w have any tips to assist? I’ll attach a screenshot of the redirect I faced on my attempt. Thank you all!

I already reported it to @ApolloAbove [JG] a while ago, had the same issue. Basically, if you're using a VPN or Tor then the account creation gets blocked.
Wouldn't recommend visiting any JoS sites without a VPN or Tor as internet traffic is always monitored by the feds.
