is the throat Necronomicon med wrong?

I just did the necro throat med during the hour of venus, since it rules the throat chakra, but then I remembered that some of the information was messed up. Should I had done this when venus was strong and with what mantra and vibration, or are the heart and throat just mixed? I'm starting to feel like I did it wrong.
