This is very correct I think. But I wish to add to that that this is not only Saturn. Saturn is somehow a Soul of the Chart. In the sense that it collects this information and present your major growth your major talents and your major possible feats. Saturn as many other spheres is a planet of major talents. This means for example if you have it in 4th you might dig into the past of the universe, or if you have it in 5th you might be extremely great artist or innovator (5th is about giving something new to this world what never existed before - child, piece of art, new technology - depending on the planets there). Saturn is a planet of major Destiny Call. I of course am speaking here mostly of the higher octave Saturn that has nothing whatsoever to do with any restriction or mischief.
So what I am trying to say on mischief. This is not only Saturn. Worst crap always came from insanely critical degrees not from Saturn. BUT Saturn is always a key to this mischief. This is extremely important information holder. What I am trying to say. For example, you have 15 degree Leo with some of your personal planets and I can assure you you will not even recollect that you even have a Saturn, because with such thing you literally have Black Hole of advanced super infinite gravitation in chart that deforms all other energies around it with its extreme gravitation (like real black hole that deforms all surrounding cosmos and deforms space itself). You do not remember where is your Saturn, you do not remember anything - you feel this insane craziest gravitation and horrid power that in 95% cases of this world is malefic (though not obliged to be so). This is a serious thing, much more serious than ANY personal planet, Saturn or not Saturn, Pluto, anything. This is CRAZY. Those who know what it is can say a word here. BUT your Saturn always is in the key position in a sense its position - its house, degree, sign, aspects etc. - will always show you what's your problem is, what it might be. This is very cunning and wise planet that might actually provide you with endless information and wisdom about your past life about your weak and strong points. Why? Because Saturn rules MC which is a point of major life feats and major life achievements - the Peak of Glory. Just imagine how important this planet might be and how much information about your path it might contain. Not to be wrong, the problematic point (your CR on 15 Leo or on 9th Pisces) will also open to you your real nature and show you what you really are and what the hell you have done to this world in that fucking lifetime you had been given an absolute power over his world by grisly and mocking fate - these ones are those that are real payment for everything, absolutely everything. Yet Saturn might give you very important keys too - even if your major attention points are elsewhere. So it's position should be always of extreme interest. Part of this interest is that Saturn might show how to redeem, how to give back using your talents as it is point of major talents. Again if you have stellium on the insane degree - this is your major talent point - yet even here Saturn might give more colors to it and more keys to the riddle.
Major rule with the astrology: if you see a crap in your chart - this is your talent point, use it for your Destiny (you can choose it still, every house can be sublimated into endless different things, you are not bound in choice of the path anyway), realize in it - let these energies go into the major affair. Make it major achievement of your life - so you will deflect the blow and it will be channeled into the feat.
Now, how this my method (actually a known method of all shamans in Siberia and other world) is connected to the theory of original sin and punishment? Punishment energy comes and instead of seeing before itself a bad guy who does not do anything about his evil it sees a good guy who is working to heal those he wronged and return the goods he stolen. Energy thinks: "ok, he is not the exact one I came for, probably I am mistaken". For example, you wronged a lover in the past life, you stole their life and went away with it. Now you will obviously see the same from the world and instead of being feminist/mgtow blaming everyone else except your own self you try to show some difference to how the world is now and to not be individualist psychopathic unfeeling disloyal whore to your lover. In the world where people place themselves first, you place your love first. In the world where people practice do not care attitude, you give a fuck and go do something about the state of affairs. As a result when the Saturn comes it does not take you, it takes those who practiced crap around you and destroys them as they destroyed everyone else by being careless. You donated to ToZ, you did rituals, you participated in the work for Gods, and your Saturn return looks otherwise than that of mgtow sofa dweller that only drank. Why? Because all your Saturnian energies you channeled already - into your work, into your responsibility (Saturn sphere) and into your care (Saturn sphere). These energies are busy in your life - busy building whiter and brighter world so they "have no time" to go harm you around - as well as you once decided that you had better things to do than go harming your environment. While our drunkard never cared, his responsibility energies stuck and stagnated and when Saturn has a transit he has traumatic experience because stagnated Saturnian energies demand freedom and break free.
This is absolutely the same situation as that of rising the Serpent. Imagine someone who never meditated never cleansed and never did anything spiritual or tried to realize any talent or serve the society in anyway or form, and one day he just "wants to rise a Serpent" (for his own egocentric interests, of course) and gets a spell for it. So the Serpent gets stuck in the first Chakra met, because none of his Chakras were ever cleansed or their energies in any way realized for a greater purpose. Imagine what he is going to experience instead of bliss?
That's why I call Saturn that planet of the Serpent: when it transits it stirrs everything it transits. It demands that these things realize for a greater purpose and be cleansed. For example it transits a stellium (let alone in critical degrees). As the energies of the stellium were never realized for any greater cause or worked upon or in any way sublimated into any higher purpose than egoistic wish of one day (only long term purposes might get big crowd of energies like this sublimated), for example person never had any long term great goal in life and never worked towards it existing only for his intertainment, guess what happens? Saturn gets "stuck" in the mess of unsublimated low octave energies and the 9/11 effect follows.
How the above story is connected to the punishment in my view?
Stellium was a pull of the energies a person must have sublimated into the greater goal in his past lives. For example a lot of energies of love and care, compassion and taking responsibility - if we take an example of 7th and related houses - because we could give and did not give it to our people, and they suffered our coldness and emotional absence as a result. As a result we have all these needed energies stuck and stagnmated inside us demanding the carmic outlet. Because other is not some outer other - it is our universe that is us and that is our chart. Everything where we did not provide needed ethical behavior social values demanded that we did. Or we did not help a sick, neglected our old parent when we could help, or kicked our child from home while we could keep them, hurt our spouse when we could restrain ourselves, in some way brought suffering to this world when we could avoid it. And these energies of possible avoidance of being unethical are stuck - we feel obligation to help the world in these spheres. This is when we meditate and are humans. When we are not humans yet but andrapodas we do not hear this sacred Call and as a result we keep these energies stuck and proceeding to stagnate and get spoiled and poisoning our lives creating black holes in aura etc. Sometimes we are now different people and would not do these evils again yet thesee energies are still there and still awaiting for us to channel them into helping the world. So it is not enough that we do not do it anymore - we need to redeem, to fix things we have already done. We do not have only the present. We also have the past. So not only change is obligatory, working for bettering the world in the Destiny Call's spheres is obligatory as well - from Saturn's point of view. This is where the need of doing feats - not only being poassively good - comes from.
This not-passive principle also comes from the law of decay or law of universal entropy. If you do not rebuilt and increase the good, the evil will prevail. This is why, I think, they say that to build and to create is more difficult and as a result more valueble than to destroy, though destruction is extremely important and only through destruction this world exist. It is because in the world of natural decay destruction likes to happen on its own. Part of this destruction energy might become Saturn in the lower octave thus showing us this law of nature. While creation only exists when people struggle for it. This is also why the creation sublimates such energies as Saturn - because it is something very difficult and very long term, needy of extreme patience and thus very energy demanding. Thus it takes a lot of energies into itself, for example it might channel all your stellium into itself so that there will be no stagnation traffic jam there.
I am sorry if the explanation is messy and unreadable, I tried to show that this is not just Saturn, it is whole chart participating in our situations, such as for example traffic jams might be not created by natal Saturn, yet they might participate in the major life ruin when Saturn transits them. I see the problem in crimes against ethic and other people - via the forces of this or that placement (house+sign+degree) and this placement might be a key, especially that of natal Saturn because this planet adores to give keys. What you put into your world, you do not put into some outer universe, you put it into your own chart because your chart IS the universe - 7th house is your chart, what you put into it (what you have done to others, to this planet and to this universe) is what you are most probably going to find there in your own future. This theory make sense for me because it is based in quantum physics: your universe is not outer one, it is your own universe that your mind created for you or interpreted for you. You are an "interpreter" or an observer. What you observed is your universe you live in. You are the source of all evil and of all good in it, if any.
We of course are not alone. There is family karma, national karma, racial karma, planetary karma etc. But we connect to it via our own self as well. You can't be born into completely alien envronment - your soul will not gravitate into it. So I would not place responsibility from my shoulders to anyone else. For me my world is my fault. And my duty is to make it different. And the Tartar in it is also designed for me to dwell in unless I put Zeus' enemies in it so that it got sublimated.
