Greetings,
I need some advice again. As suggested in another topic that I made about the situation I'm in.
I'm planning on invoking Earth, so I was reading the pages about the elements, it's been a while since the last time I read them. It says one must be advanced to try this. I've been around here for several years, but I haven't been consistent with anything in life really, and neither with meditations. (assuming lack of earth plays a role in this). I have experience in raising, directing and feeling energies. Though zero experience with the elements. However I haven't meditated in months, and I haven't even been in what I'd say intermediate level in many years. So I might as well consider myself a newbie. But I'm still wondering if I'm *qualified* enough to try a couple Earth breaths, I was thinking in keeping the energy inside, but after reading about it I figure it'd be best to breathe it out for the time being. I was thinking that whenever my brain switches on into warrior mode and I start getting things done I would do a couple breaths to boost me up.
Another question I got, in case I am experienced enough to try this, should I do this everyday? From what I understood it must be done, then meditated upon and try to figure out if it's working or not. I assume if it works I stop, if it doesn't, I go for a couple more breaths? Is the effect permanent? Do I need to affirm anything to direct the energy or I just breathe it in and that's it?
I tried doing some research about this on the forums but didn't find anything. If it's been covered on another topic can please someone post the link? Thanks!
