How does one balance the elements properly

Greetings fellow SS,

I’m sitting here reading about the elements, I’ve been working with these but I’m wondering how does one balance these properly within the soul? Does this come through just learning these(experience wise) and invoking these often or is there more to it? Do these need to go into a certain place ie a certain aspect of the soul?

Also, does anyone have tips for what to visualize when invoking earth? I know how to do this and I can invoke earth but this seems to be my current weak spot in regards to the elements as I could use some tips on what to visualize when working with this element though I know meditation is more about the feel in general.
