We introduce Vultus Help, our new central support and information platform for the Temple of Zeus and its connected services.

Vultus Help brings assistance, platform guides, service updates, and request tracking together in one secure and accessible place.

Through Vultus Help, you can:

  • Find step-by-step guides for Ancient Forums, Vultus Templorum, Apollo’s Astrology, the ToZ Translation Platform, and our other services.

  • Search for answers before contacting support.

  • Report technical problems, account-access difficulties, privacy concerns, harmful content, or other issues.

  • Send suggestions and feedback about our platforms.

  • Select the affected platform, category, and urgency so your request reaches the right context.

  • Attach screenshots or other useful evidence when appropriate.

  • Receive a private reference and tracking link for every request.

  • follow the progress of your request, review status changes, reply to the support team, and provide additional information.

  • View live service availability, ongoing incidents, maintenance notices, and 90-day uptime information on the status page.

  • Read important community-wide announcements and known-issue notices.

You do not need to create a Vultus Help account. Your email address is verified before a request is submitted, and your request remains private between you and the authorized support team.

Before opening a request, we recommend searching the Help Center and checking the service-status page. The answer or an active incident may already be available. If you still need assistance, submit one clear request and continue the conversation through its private tracking page so the complete history remains together.

Please never include passwords, two-factor authentication codes, recovery codes, private tracking links, or other secrets in a request or attachment. Our team does not need these to assist you.

When you look at the platform, you can see that it was created in a very professional manner and it has multiple capabilities to help members about anything, from getting assistance for their problems to reporting issues on the Temple or in the websites.
