"Climbing the ladder" technique doesn't work well for me.
I've been given this beautiful mediation and I want to share it with you.
Clean your aura and chakras before starting.
Enter the light transe with relaxing deep breathing.
Now...imagine yourself in the space... It's endless and relaxing, because concept of time does not apply in here. You don't have anywhere to be, you just float in there as long as you want to.
Then imagine yourself flying, you may start slowly or you may go fast, it's up to you, enjoy this as much as you like.
Now start accelerating until you reach the speed of light... Try to go faster until there is no light at all...
You are in the void now...
There is literally nothing around you, you just float in darkness. Feel it for some time.
Now begins to concentrate on your aura, meditate on it for some time.
Now feel your skin...then your muscles and whole blood system and organs (observe, do not interact). Feel that with each breath your blood is statured with hydrogen.
Now focus on your bones, mainly on the spine. You should feel heavy.
After some time start focusing on all chakras simultaneously , as a whole. Feel the energy flowing.
Then concentrate on pineal gland, while holding focus on all chakras.
You should see the light , you should be the light.
Mediate on this blissful energy.
If you need to you can work on individual chakras at this point.
Now slowly return back to focusing on your bones, then on muscles and organs and finally focus on your skin. This should bring you back and make you feel more aware of yourself.
