A while back it was mentioned by SGAI that certain designated rabbi's spend literally all day (10+ hours) cursing gentile, and that this can be handled with training. With that being the case, would it not be possible to train oneself to be able to handle 3, 4, 5 workings at a time without burning out or spreading ones energies too thin? I assume they wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't effective, and 1.5-2 hours spent doing 4 or 5 workings seems much more manageable than 10 hours, unless there's something unique about what they are doing.

My guess would be that their curses are a form of "theurgy" and is more like partitioning and directing parts of their mega-thoughtforms - otherwise it seems extraordinary that someone could perform a "working(s)" in the traditional sense all day, every day.

The thing is, the more advanced you are, the more powerful your spells become. Beginners feel like they can do 5 workings in a row without any problems but that is only because they cannot manifest their full power yet. A working done by SGAI could have the output of 100x "average" Zevists, this is simply the case. But at the same time, that creates a need for rest and more consideration in what workings to do and which ones not to do.

I don't know how advanced these rabbis are but I am sure they could never compare to our Clergy. Yes, rabbis and their rabbinical ilk are very persistent which is one of their strengths but they are simply desperate now and engage in "experimental kabbalah" since their curses have been dispelled. Check out this Sermon https://ancient-forums.com/threads/experimental-kabbalah-know-your-enemy.55207/

If you look at our Zevist rolemodels, taking SGAI as an example, they only do what they are sure they can handle. SGAI always underlined to us not to fry ourselves or to make stupid decisions out of egopathy. Doing more working isn't necessarily always better.

In regard to "increasing spell volume/capacity" the only thing that comes to my mind is
1. further opening your 144.000 nadis (with the use of solar mantras while making sure NOT to fry yourself)
2. Uruz Rune - "Repeated use of the rune will gradually increase the amount of energy one can handle at any given time."

Once again, do NOT do what you cannot handle. Please follow common sense.

you will only scatter your energy by doing 4 or 5 different workings at the same time. And get extreme fatigue as a result. I'm not sure about the practicality of an hypotetical 10h working either. If you plant a seed (and by seed I mean spell) you wouldn't wanna drown it. You would want to pour the right amount of water everyday. 1 to 2 hours for a working, repeated consistently (up to 1 week, 1 lunar cycle, 40 days...) it's optimal. Follow the ToZ ritual schedule. We, as a collective and spiritual family, are stronger than any random rabbi doing 10 hours workings against us.

Hatha yoga for me has been an utter game changer when it comes to my potential energy output.

I would aim for at least 30 minutes of good hatha yoga per day, both HPS Lydia and HPHC have both stated hatha yoga is nearly unparalleled as method of spiritual development and a must for any Zevist that takes this path seriously.

I basically ignored hatha yoga until very recently and it makes a monumental difference.
