Increasing effectivness

How do i increase the effectivness of meditations i have been meditating for over 20 days now i dont yet seem to have any results i have opened my third eye but i dont feel but a pressure in it i dont see colours and when i try to keep gazing in blackeness i see certain shapes but when i keep gazing my eyes hurt me so much how do i keep my gaze soft i cant seem to do that if i gaze i hope someone is informed in the matter

One does not just see colors with their eyes opened after the opening of the third eye. If you feel pressure on it you should just move to the opening of the crown.

There is a misconception about the opening of the third eye that gets spread around these groups consistently and that is that when someone does the opening for the third eye that they will see auras, colors and shapes with their eyes opened, This is wrong and someone will waste their time if they just sit and work on their third eye waiting to see auras and such with their eyes opened. It’s not like that and the other chakras are important to work on also so it’s better to keep moving
Later down the road, when you have empowered your 6th chakra and it’s extensions and pineal gland, you can go into a trance state and open your eyes while you’re in a trance and look at your hands and you should slowly start seeing a faint aura around your finger. 

If you’re very new to spirituality(haven’t done spiritual work in past lives either) then you will most likely do the opening for the third eye and just feel pressure in the forehead region where it is located, this is a good sign that your third eye is active and after doing the meditation for four days you should move onto the crown chakra opening.
It’s best to put aside all expectations here so you don’t get disappointment or discouragement. 
The power meditations, the soul and powers of the mind and soul are all very real and the power meditations on JoyofSatan.org are very real and effective. They will give results if done consistently and properly. 
It will take some longer to feel or notice the effects because they haven’t practice spirituality for life times so take this into consideration. Also, one doesn’t become a master of power meditations in a weeks, months or year sometimes. We’re all individual and how fast or not someone’s advancement goes depends on if we did spiritual work on the soul in past lives or not. 
Also, what one may experience another may not as we are all different.
