Bio-electricity

Hello family, I seem to be consciously aware now of a constant buzzing, which increases after yoga and meditation. I'm constantly aware of it now, but it wasn't always so. If I over exerted myself during sport or got sick in the past, I used to hear it, as well as see colours sometimes.
When I don't think about it, mentally occupied doing everyday normal activity, then I'm not aware of it, but the moment I listen it's there. Is this bio-electricity, otherwise known as prana and chi?
Also, I seem to have a "pressure" in my sacral region, almost like a throbbing. Does this mean my sacral chakra is blocked?
