I just went through it... but I'm in a good spot now
doing Ritual with x3 reps since that's about all I can bear but it's helping immensely

and no I'm not Russian but I am studying. This thread doesn't need any bumps but I went back and read the notifications from before and detected some concern and empathy (minus the unnecessary sympathy) and felt like checking back in.

I may make this my permanent JoS forums account or use one of the others with my psychic stench all over it :|

Glad you are ok.

Not sure how you are depleted or something. If this is a physical problem, I would suggest yoga, which has the dual benefit of spiritual improvement, as well.

As with the Ritual, keeping doing little things until you build yourself back up. This is how you come out of bad situations.
