I need the truth about This Meditation

I really need to know, this appears to be powerful, but was given to me by someone who I found out recently was an infiltrator, and had fed me a bunch of bullshit mixed with enough truth to keep me talking to the bastard. His NAME is B_DA_MON I already spoke to don about him, (for anyone who doesn't believe me I have conversation history and can show you anything that arrogant stupid possibly kike asshole said) however I will discard most of what he told me this meditation seemed to have Here is the meditation he said to keep this secret IDK why, it does appear to do something I mean Ypsilanti a mostly ghetto suburb of my city near me had a lot of death and very negative energy in it and I go there after doing the meditation it feels positive (for now) plus I did it on my xtian parents their vibe was beyond positive for a little bit though they never changed. Ive used it to clean negative people when I have to have them over to my place like my parents and family. Please note the way he wrote it it and several meditations it sounds like he took it out of a book or some writing somewhere though nothing like this is anywhere on the internet I searched.
Ok here it is.
create a ball of pure golden color. start it really small. then slowly make it bigger and bigger and brighter. keep doing this until it shines really bright and it should be really big.
Command this ball to spin and visualize it slowly starting to spin. spin it faster and faster keep spinning it untill it starts to give off a pulsing feeling.
Now command it to spin at 4 times the speed of light. it should ignite and glow intensly almost shine like a star.
Now vibrate thurisaz (used in this example any runes or combination of runes can be used) for any number of times.
5) Once you are done with the vibrations, condense the energy from the thurisaz rune inside that ball the golden ball should now be glowing even brighter.
Now visualize blue energy going around the ball and sort of creating an extra layer around it. once done affirm 4 times; "this blue energy is __________ (goal). (burn and destroy enemy energy)"
7) Now you must say "the blue energy and the golden energy are both working together to___________(goal) (burn and destroy enemy energy)
8) Now create another ball with purple energy mixed with gold. same size as the golden one.
9) now visualize the golden one go up and the purple-golden under. then visualize blue flames go around them to create an 8.
10) Okay now add another golden layer around the 8. a little one not too thick.
11) place the ball on ________ (place where you put the ball).
12) Now say this; (this is the one he used I think other affirmations could be substituted) "Forces of Darkness, grant me the power to ______________ (goal) (burn and destroy all enemy energy was the original affirmation) Powers of Hell, i humbly and respectfully ask you this. May you deem me worthy."
13) Now say "so mote it be" 8 times while visualizing the 8 lighting up in extreme flames.

NOTE: Im just asking thoughts not promoting enemy BS if this is what it is. I also want to ask what have you noticed about the earths energy any changes. I have been doing this meditation on the earth cities, countries and states for quite some time. IDK what this bastard does. If this is a good warfare techneique cool but I suspect it needs to be revised due to the nature of the person who gave it to me. What about energy ball meditations in general I have my own meditation I came up with based off of this that ive used as well with different runes.

Meh...sounds like bullshit to me. Personally, I would never use it,
given the source; sounds like this guy just totally made it up. Why
don't you just make up your own and get rid of this guy's bs one?

Seems legit. Well, in all cases in the occult, if you're creative and wise enough, you'd no longer need to follow a program or set of instructions, since you'll know what you exactly need at any given time and how to attain that.

Say, I have my own methods of cleansing my aura and chakras. I have my own method of attacking the enemy astrally. It's really up to what works best for the individual.
