A way to give the Gods energy

I would like to share with you , my way of giving the Gods energy.
After masturbation, i visualize a ball of light near my foundation chakra. Next i vizualize it going up through every single chakra, getting bigger until it reaches 8th chakra above your head. After that i usually visualize myself in golden light and breath out energy into the ball of light to empower it even more. Then i ask the Gods to take it. And thats it

One very effective way to gather energies is to meditate under the Sun, and take energies from there.

If you have the privacy and the possibility to do sexual activity directly under the Sun, you can try to combine these.

At the end, ask your GD to take the energies, to be used where the Gods sees more appropriate.
