Im horribly tired, and sleeping or doing anything relaxing wont really helps. The new 8 hours job tooks out a huge chunk of my overall energy level and focus, all the while Im trying to fix and advance myself, becoming better at skills and things I like, doing translations and having always some medical problem that cause either physical or mental pain. I got one fixed finally, got another, hurray.

Ideas for you:

Do a Work Magic or squaring that opens doors to a new job that doesn't drain your energy.

Find creative hobbies that help you, like playing a new instrument, drawing, creative reading, etc. This helps with stress.

Going out with friends or family whenever you can and have the time helps.

Exercise, yoga, pranayama.

Perform rituals to the gods to help you with a new job or guide you toward something better.

Physical activity is the best way to recharge your energy. Sometimes stillness isn't the solution; movement is what you need to recharge your energy.

Fully focused, with correct breathing, with preliminary breathwork and trance meditation, put your entire focus and consciousness and awareness on your Sun chakra (you can then also spin it to activate it and cleans it if needed), breath in fully into your lower abdomen / Sun chakra, keep it inside for few seconds and vibrate Raum into your solar chakra while pushing the air out. Breath in as much as you can and breath out as far as you can, activating the muscles, slowly, gently but at the end force and activate the muscles as much as you can. You can also do this without raum. You can imagine the front extension as a vortex and breath in through that.

This require effort and focus, and giving time to actually be completely still, calm and aware before you start.

After you have repeated this as many times you needed it (you can start with only 3 if it's overwhelming), you can affirm something like "I'm now completely energised and remain energised throught the day. I always have energy to do whatever I want and need."

For regeneration, you can also take a 30 minute nap / deep trance session after work, or after / before this meditation, whatever works best for you. Just tell yourself you are going to wake up in 20-30 mins, to make sure you don't sleep too much.

Sadly this is almost perfectly what I doing. This job is probably the easiest I can get and pays well, I already draw but thinked why not and got myself a flute to learn on it, go togym, do yoga, spend lot of times with my loved ones. Its not a bad job, definitly the best I had so far but its still a very big change(only got a month ago).

Aside from anything spiritual, check your diet (macro and micro-nutrients, too). If you have brain fog, it's a physical problem, so a physical solution may be best.

Eat right, sleep well, minimize mental expenditure (doom scrolling, news, excessive mental expenditure), and get a blood panel even.

To provide an antidote, I had brain fog almost everyday until I started eating right and taking vitamins (with an extra dosage of Vitamin D).

Then perhaps you're overloaded with things.

Find balance in everything; I've been there—overloading myself and then feeling tired.

Or perhaps you're adapting to something new. Sometimes the body is slower than the mind, and periods of adjustment are necessary, even in meditation.
