How many souls can exist at the same time on earth?

Again I asked this question on a dif post but it didn't get answered however this has been on my mind for a long time, I know Satan created and engineered our souls, but after that how do other gentile souls get introduced? People usually have reincarnated from past lives but is there such thing as fresh born souls?
Also is there a limited or infinite amount of Souls that can exist on earth?

I can answer the second question: one soul for one body..for the most part.
Creating new ones..not sure. That's a bit complicated and beyond me. If I tried to explain it, I'd get it wrong, but..something like the soul came/comes before the body does, when producing a child? I don't know it in detail.
