How do you awaken your kundalini?

I don't see it anywhere on the site. I guess you can do yoga? I'm baffled, i would so appreciate it if someone would give me a few meditations on how to do this.

1,2,3,4,5,6,7 starting out with the third eye, crown, then just go down from there

as for yoga it definitely will stimulate the chakras
start off from there and as you open your base chakra just watch for the signs of kundalini
