how do i leave this group?

Look at the bar just below the big black, Joy of Satan sign.  Look all the way to the right of that bar, where it says, "membership".  Click on Edit membership.  Scroll down all the way to the bottom of the page and click on the "leave group" box.

Or "Edit membership." Then, pa attention as you click on things or else, you won't completely delete yourself.
