Familiar and my relationship

Greetings to all my dear brothers and sisters. As I mentioned in my last post, I suspected I was being spiritually attacked, so I performed some rituals and also asked Lord Andras for protection for both myself and my partner. A few days later, she received a kitten cat that appeared out of nowhere in her house, and I'm wondering if it could be a familiar, because I had a dream with several cats and there was a picture of my partner with cat eyes. On the same day she received the cat, she had a vision of a Triskelion. Do you think it could be a familiar?

This question is more about my relationship: And also, for some reason, the number 7 is always around us; when it's not the number 7 itself, it's a multiple of it. Do you think this could be a sign of something? ( sorry for any English mistakes.)
