Help with anxiety

I am writing this post because I have recently seen some questions about anxiety. I've already written answers to the questions, but I thought I'd put them in a post. So this post is going to be about anxiety, how to deal with anxiety, and try to help you keep it under control or even get rid of it. Have fun reading!

Anxiety is caused by the amygdala, a probably malfunctioning part of the brain, the basolateral amygdala, and can also be caused by low levels of the chemical molecule GABA. This may seem complicated at first, but I am writing to help. It is an insidious disease, it is involuntary and difficult to treat. It can also cause panic attacks. To eliminate it, you have to start working on it slowly. Proper diet and nutrition are a very good place to start.

Keeping your mind clear, getting rid of negative energy, yoga, breathing exercises are all very good for this. Find out why you are anxious. This is the first step. Think rationally about what triggers it. Then start working on it. You need to know the reasons why you feel that way. Pay attention to your surroundings, create an environment that calms you, that makes you feel good, and you'll start to see signs of improvement. Last but not least, keeping your chakras clean and strong will also help.

Because you involuntarily find it harder to breathe when you are anxious, due to excessive excitement/unfounded fear, start doing breathing exercises. Of the breathing exercises I can recommend fire breathing as it is stress relieving, raises the oxygen levels in the body, not to mention it helps to combat anxiety, detoxifies your whole body. Then you can do yoga. There's a huge choice of yoga. Sister Lydia wrote a yoga post that helps with anxiety. And no, it's not middle aged women doing yoga as someone wrote. Yoga is very important, it energizes the body, not to mention it is extremely healthy and helps release repressed emotions.
There is also a longer post on this practice. Then, as I said, eating healthy is extremely important.

Meditation. Meditation is also extremely important here. If you do empty meditation to quiet your mind, you can easily shift from anxiety to other things that make you happy. Distract your thoughts. This will be very difficult at first, but with persistence you can do it. Even if you still feel anxious, ask yourself "why am I anxious"? What am I really afraid of? Think about it, think about it, and maybe it's not as scary as you think.
Fire breathing: Sit with your back straight and relaxed.
Breathe deeply, filling your lungs.
Pull your abdomen in firmly towards your spine, exhaling.

Little to a lot of anxiety is not because of malfunction of the brain neither imbalance in most of the cases. Chronic panic attack and other mental conditions are, anxiety is just a consequence of some, very small degree an initiator to the above.

For anxiety, a psychological approach is good and also void meditation. Meditation, depending on the aim, and power meditation is extremely stimulatory. So it is not good to stimulate yourself further what is already stimulated. You have to empty and balance.

Modern day anxiety is just a displacement of identity and mental crisis of individuals. From someone not getting his ice cream to more justified cases of someone losing someone important.

This anxiety is just a consequence and reaction to a problem. If the problem is not resolve this can lead to complications and starting to become mental illnesses which are great chemical imbalances and malfunctions.

Anxiety, such as fear and other feelings are important and are instruments. Just because someone has a more sensitive instrument doesn't mean he is ill or malfunctioning. This comes directly also from empathy.

Life should be analyzed and corrected. There are also incentives from subconscious sphere that manifest like these. Cleaning and balancing meditation and also a physical course of action towards satisfaction and serenity is a good path.

Controlling the thoughts leading to a control of emotions can stabilize the body. There are also some other causes from an imbalanced elemental composition and transits that amplify this.

For example this eclipse can manifest in amplifying the energy and sensitivity to this. Anxiety is a product of your inner environment and the outside environment. Control these and anxiety disappears and is understood under another light.

Yes, that's why it's worth being aware of things, as I wrote. It can indeed be subconscious, when you lived that moment, you felt nothing, you were indifferent to it, but it can come out of the subconscious later. My experience as a short addon: I have noticed anxiety may be easily picked up by interaction with random people (the mass).
After Covid, it seems the mass mind has created a giant vortex of anxiety. I am naturally open and I pick up external feeling easily; this affected my hearth chakra and even heartbeat and breathing speed.
Deep cleaning aura/chakras and detaching random links to unwanted people (coworkers, etc.) helped me as first approach.

In fact, this current epidemiological situation causes a number of problems. People are becoming distrustful of each other, the mentality of the vaccinated and the unvaccinated is different. The vaccinated think that the stupid person is the one who has not been vaccinated. While the unvaccinated think that the stupid person is the one who got vaccinated. Until they realize that it's all being tweaked to cause social problems.

As the vaccinated persuade the unvaccinated to get vaccinated, this continues and causes more strife. Yes, that is the situation, with the closures that come with the epidemiological measures, people can develop such anxiety, depression and so on. I think that is one of the aims, to slowly wear people out. "Get vaccinated if you don't want to catch CoVid" - really all the hype, they're really blowing up this fucking shit they've created in the labs and then they're letting it out.

In short, they're creating distrust in people and keeping people at home because of epidemiological restrictions based on made up stuff.
