HELP SLEEPING, any meditation i could do to help?

I need to get used to sleeping at night again as im starting my day shifts next week. The problem is every time i meditate it wakes me up because of the energy i invoke. Is there a certain rune or affirmation i could use to help me sleep. I also have another question:
I heard being awake at night and sleeping in day is bad for the soul. Is this true?

As for meditation, beyond darkening the room, you may wish to try the good old fashioned void meditation.  Like coffee or excessive blue light before bedtime, energy workings are best done when you need to be up and about anyway, not just before bed. Now, there are[/B] things, beyond right-hand path religion and angels, that are bad for the soul.  Fluoride is high on the list, and it's in your water.  If you are taking psychiatric medication, especially with fluoride, chances are your pineal gland is fucked up.  (Besides, these drugs make you even more vulnerable to angels).  Monosodium glutamate and aspartame are also bad.  Also, those damnation light bulbs (the CFL kike bulbs).  They emit dirty electricity, interfere with your thinking, and generally fuck with your sleep cycle.  (Besides, they carry way too much blue light even in the lower color temperatures, creating added stress).  This static, emitted as radio frequency radiation about the same as a cell phone, can create major problems.  Some people get headaches (which, unlike the third eye headaches, are useless).  Get rid of your damnation kike bulbs and get LEDs instead--before the kikes get around to banning them. You can invoke blue energy, keep invoking it and programming it in a calm manner to get you into a nice and refreshing sleep. Clean your aura and do your aura of protection. That way you will have a beautiful sleep and you can too use the rune Jera to reverse circumstances. Physically you can just take a full 24 hour without sleep and force yourself awake. That way you will sleep at night.

As about your question, it could be. Because at night the world is 'calmer', thus you can sleep better.

using silver energy (which is trance-y) and hypnotic also blue energy (remember the blue energy meditation on the joyofsatan website) use thhat energy and let it make you drift and float into sleep :) also breathing exercises work lunar energy works too. and as for sleeping during day and being up during night I wouldn't say it is bad for your soul but maybe alittle shakey on your crown chakra/ brain area that releases melatonin for sleep. when up all night it it messes with your time clock a bit because night time is for sleep and the body functions a bit different at night. but it won't kill you but still I would never want to do graveyard shift for work. I'd rather be up all night at home lol. Overall it won't mess up your soul :) hope you get some rest Al. Valerian root herbs makes you very drowsy and tired great before going to sleep :)

   I have trouble sleeping off and on from insomnia, what I do is after cleaning my aura I surround my self in blue light and affirm "I am gently falling into a deep and restful sleep." for as long as it takes for me to get sleepy.  Hail Satan!
 
Try some self hypnosis for sleep. There are several sites on the internet that explain how to do it for free.
