Help on runes and rituals?

Can someone please direct me to information on runes? I've been reading the rituals being posted by Brian and others, but I don't fully understand some of what they say. I'd like to participate in these rituals so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

<td val[/IMG]Josh that has become my choice of magic now.What you do is decide which rune you want to use and work on the pronounciation of it.Then you count what number it is on the list and then breath in and say a simple affermation and on the exhale vibratate the rune the amont of times that it is on the list.And what I like to do is as I am vibrating I add a visualization too.Its has been a very powerful form of magic for me.

Hey Lydia & Brian, I understand now Thankyou! These are awesome. Another question though, I can't naturally roll the R's, is there anything I can pronounce that will train my tongue to be able to ?

Here's what I tell people who are trying to learn Spanish. Place your tongue as close to the roof of your mouth as possible but NOT touching. Then blow. This should help you with rolling the R's. Hope it helps someone.
