Help on runes and rituals?

Can someone please direct me to information on runes? I've been reading the rituals being posted by Brian and others, but I don't fully understand some of what they say. I'd like to participate in these rituals so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated :)

Hey Lydia & Brian, I understand now Thankyou! These are awesome. Another question though, I can't naturally roll the R's, is there anything I can pronounce that will train my tongue to be able to ?

Here's what I tell people who are trying to learn Spanish. Place your tongue as close to the roof of your mouth as possible but NOT touching. Then blow. This should help you with rolling the R's. Hope it helps someone.
