Help on invoking the elements.

Greetings Brothers n Sisters,

Just a quick question on invoking elements. do i have to do it only one 7 breaths or continuously 4 days like opening the chakras?

You might want to start out slow,and give you body a chance to process it.I have found that breathing the elements is very powerful,but also very beneficial,for balancing the other elements that you have too much of,and bringing out more characters that you lack.

Thanks Brian... so i can continue daily mixing the elements? for an instance i did the fire yday and is it ok if i do Water today? or do i have to continue the same element for few days?

I've been invoking air, water and earth of late. Generally speaking I start off at 7 and increased it by one a day. Presently at 60 for air and water. 21 for earth.

I like to do what is the opposite of what I need,or what I have to much of.I have way too much water,and not enough fire.So I do fire.I have too much Earth,and not enough air.So  have been doing Fire and Air both,for a month now.But only a few breaths of each.Remember that it is much more powerful then we think it is,and as been stated,that you can have ill effects,if you do too many.Less is always better then to much.
