@Hidden Warrior Clearly, people want and need help. The way the replies here have been recieved - and I won't use my own words for this next bit - "says a lot", and it makes me think of dangling a string above a cat and then yanking it away. I didn't mean that in my OP, though. The attitudes in response here "say a lot". I mentioned ages ago this place is very religious.
I am also aware that what the Clergy have brought, and continue to bring, is very important. "Do you want to be helped with this important information?" Der. Obviously. Why is it necessary to 'like'? Before anyone mentions buying the meditations that are also available, I'm not referring to that. Perhaps the easiest argument is "There is one to make you super rich" which I don't douby in the slightest, so trying to argue "Buying meditations?! It's a cult!" is empty.
You say you have seen that I haven't reacted to that post. Check my account. I react rarely to any post. I might (although, I also might not) have said before that I hardly ever 'like' posts. Yes, "that says a lot". Please don't reply religiously. It says a lot, but you have absolutely no idea what, exactly, it says. I don't care very much for 'liking' posts. I prefer to reply individually - but I've been burned for that before, for replying to each and every person in a thread, so why bother? 'Liking' posts is a passive acknowledgement; I prefer to take the time to type an actual, proper reply. That, indeed, most-certainly
does say a lot.
Tell me who is lazy. You know everything about everyone, by the sounds of it.
I was just quoting those two posts because they mention reacting for gains/super-important information. The contents of those posts are irrelevant.
@Alexandros Iowno [SG] Great attitude. While christians, in my experience, never said such a thing, I feel the religiousness here again.
@Alexander666 I can't remember saying it's a fee. Maybe try asking me if that's what I meant. I am
sure I mentioned that point before - ask me first. I mentioned charging people for my posts because that is the same as the facebook "1000 likes = free gift (as opposed to a gift you have to pay for) for my great-grandmother who is facing cancer in hospital!"; the charging was mentioned similarly - "if you do this, then I'll do that".
@Astrid Show up? I'm here. I post things which I think are helpful. I've not been told they're not helpful. In a small way, it is responsible. I hardly ever recieve 'likes' on my posts, because I don't have "influencer" status and I speak honestly and I try not to be sensational. I also don't receive "You're posting shit and everything you say is wrong", so it must be at least neutral if not slightly better than that.
@May Flower I'm going to offend the most-religious here either again or for the first time - I mentioned before about cliques here. I might mention it again... I'll mention something else again, though - religious. Say a tiny thing wrong, or ask either the wrong question or a question in the wrong way and... well... look at the responses here. I would add "lol" but it would only be a sarcastic one.
@Disciple of the Serpent A decent reply! (No, I won't 'like' your reply, though. Sorry... or half-sorry. Yes, yes, my attitude this, and my attitude that.) The Gods see us 'liking'? I thought They were powerful-enough to see into our Souls and guide us accordingly. I always tend to have a lot of coincidences, which appears to be one of the first things that people go through when opening up to the real Universe. I think whomever my Guardian Daemon or Guardian Daemoness is, presuming I have one, might be causing at least some of those coincidences for me, due to doubts and things, to encourage me along. (If They know I am a waste, and are not causing the coincidences, then I'm still having a lot of coincidences regardless.)
The way you put it, about community support, makes me think about feedback. I still prefer to type properly than a quick, easy 'like' being issued - but reading thousands of words of support versus hundreds of reactions of support... it's obvious which is preferred due to the workload and time constraints. Thanks.
Speaking of hierarchy - I realise Satan; rather, Zeus to use His proper Name, has governors whom can, and of course do, direct things in their own way, while they are 'in office'. as it were, in this case being HPHC I would not doubt.
@VeniVidiViktori888 Don't ever expect anything of me. I'll always disappoint you eventually. I guarantee that.
I'm not a sheep. I don't follow the crowd or go with the flow. I did that more than too much when I was a christian. If I go against the grain, then good. Smooth it out and let the truth be known. If it stands and is strong, then I have no argument and no reason to keep going against things. Well, perhaps - maybe I just simply asked a question and compared it with how christian life is.
You seem to be strong. You can curse me to "get gone", or you can understand my point. Enjoy.
@Tethys333 Wow. I wonder why someone who doesn't understand something asks a question. Golly.
@Zombieboy Again about entitlement. I think Humans are entitled to be free and have autonomy - but (before anyone jumps onto that point) as I said before, not absolutely. I also know that some things must be kept a secret, such as steps including, and after, the Magnum Opus, and other meditations which must not be shared. I'm simply asking why, if it is crucial, very important, extremely-needed information, must we jump through hoops for it. Maybe my mind is too stupid to understand why.
@WoadWarrior My posts clearly go ignored. I thought I was contributing.
Maybe I have been doing things wrong here. I never said I was entitled. I asked, "Why 'like' if it's so vitally-important?". I wish people would read, then seek clarity first, before replying.
You can "close the circle tighter" and turn it into a clique if you want. Well, you can fantasise about that. People 'get there' in their own time. Not everyone can 'get there' at everyone else's speeds.
@Zombieboy Should I sugarcoat my replies? I prefer honesty, even if it hurts, than a lie which makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. If I have 'been here for years, then I would hope some older members would realise that about me, and perhaps appreciate it somewhat. Here, I was simply asking "Why 'like'/ask to receive if the information is incredibly important for us to have?".
@Donovandal I don't know what reputation I have here, but it can't be a decent one. As I said before, most of my posts don't get 'likes' nor words of encouragement. I first said that years ago in
this thread. I can't see any different, except that this forum actually includes such post reaction capability. Then I've also been told to keep doing what I'm doing, though. With hardly any positive feedback myself, I still think I'm wasting my time in what I contribute, but then I still don't receive negative feedback until I ask a question so I can understand something, lol - yes, a sarcastic lol. I just wanted to know that if the knowledge and information is of such importance, why 'like'? Why not just have it be shared? The Gods and Goddesses see the hard work, dedication, effort and care that the Clergy have brought, bring, and will bring, and They bless and support accordingly.

Lastly, I don't consider myself a living martyr, but I do wonder if sometimes I might ask things uncomfortably that others wonder about and want to know but are too shy or nervous to ask, lest they be burnt for it. I don't care about being burnt. Send me to christian "hell", then. A non-important question I mentioned ages ago which I still haven't seen an answer to is "What happened with the souls of the dinosaurs who went extinct on Earth 65mn years ago?". It might have been too difficult to answer.
I've "been here" for such a long time, but I'm still shit. Oooh. There.
I said that. That's not something I should say about myself, but I've been here for so long, I should be a SuperMage by now. Age doesn't bring maturity.
At this point, I'd might as well also add - there have been other things I've wanted to ask, but due to this, that, and the other, I haven't. I'm sUpPoSeD tO kNoW tHeM bY nOw. I still asked this one, though, at risk of similar types of replies that are here. I was trying to simply ask why 'like' if information is needed; it sounds as if without 'likes', very important information would be withheld.
