A month ago I traveled and had disrupted sleep, for a week, which was followed by a week of mild headaches. Now I mostly experience mild, painless head pressure that comes and goes — more annoying than painful.
A clinic suggested either chamomile tea or Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine), but Flexeril feels like overkill for me at this point. I’d prefer to try conservative or natural approaches first. I’ve heard lemon balm and magnesium glycinate can help — but what is actually helpful? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Besides spending time outdoors and experiencing the soothing beauty of nature to calm your mind, if you have free time and you feel tired, try taking that time to rest and sleep without exerting to much mental pressure by spending time on the phone, the TV or the PC before and afterwards. Exhausted mind, and in return fatigued body, is a sign that you have experienced weariness.
You can combine the outdoors and rest, especially if you have a nice backyard or if there is place like a park or outdoor retreat where you can just hang out and relax in a tent or a hammock.
Remember proper food balance and avoid overeating before sleep, drink lots of water and avoid sweets and sugary drinks as they will just overstimulate your mind and reduce magnesium in your body, which is necessary for sleep-wake cycles.

Avoid blue light at night. Read a book in a candlelight or spend time with your family before sleep. Either way, avoid blue light from electronic screens.
The pressure was in the temple and top if I remember correctly , that solved with walks in nature . Now I'm dealing with the tail end of throat irritation from mixing Ultima electrolyte with some pink salt . I've been drinking water , using oak honey and being in nature . Little health annoyances have happened because I suspect I just finished a sun square for more resilient health as if karma seeds are surfacing , again, my theory. Ill repeat : this is great advice

I also want to add I have a small, neglectful bump on my left eyelid, possibly a chalazion. This eye has always been weaker than my right. Hopefully though, these possible seeds don't last long ...

That's an interesting connection to the liver. I assume this is TCM? I really do believe TCM, acupuncture, tai chi, and related practices are obviously highly effective. Though I wonder if science has gone so far as to explain them down to the atomic level.
