Hand position for immediate direction of energy.

I must say first of all, be extremely careful with this hand position because it is powerful and is ONLY to be practiced lightly to prepare yourself for when you might have to use it. Second, this is a hand position to be used for close distance targets, you must gather as much energy into your heart Chakra and release it in one quick burst. Never attempt this without good practice, as you are running a LOT of energy through a circuit which directs a large voltage across the tips of your pinkies. Common symptoms of overloading this circuit in practice are pinkies going numb, the voltage discharging into the wrong point on your pinkies which you will feel as a static shock, and small burns where you directed energy. Remember you're directing what the entire surfaces of your palms into points the size of a needles point. So there's a risk involved.
Start by curving your fingers in towards the opposite hand and interlock them at the 1st joint and keep your hand curved in a dome shape. Place this dome on your chest directly above the heart chakra with the thumbs touching at the nail bit not touching the other fingers. Extend you pinkies to about a 45 degree angle so they're about 2 inches apart. As you charge your heart chakra and feel your shoulders, arms and hands get energized as a voltage surges from pinky to pinky and back up to your heart chakra. I think I got the hand position correct, my pinkys and hands were tingling with energy after a few seconds and I hardly "charged" them at all. Thanks for the info.
