While I was meditating after a an attack a sudden idea poped it, and it very powerful, I assume it came to me by my guardian since I was not even thinking of new ways.
Anyways, here the steps, it can be used for cleaning your aura/chakras / protective barrier.
DO this during the day:
Breath in 3-5 breaths of power energy from the sun ,
Make the energy into a golden ball very small, like a base ball.
Now flatten out the ball in a large FLAT disc on top of you the disk will be spinning clockwise bring the disk down till your feet, and make it spin clockwise again for a minute , then bring it back up to your head make it spin for a minute again your aura is clean now, compress the disk into a ball, don't worry if it got smaller, it's still very very powerful to clean your chakras, make sure the ball gets deep inside your chakra and your chakra will turn very bright golden white do not leave it there long . In my experience, after the crown and third eye, the ball catches fire I don't know how it does that but fire is good for cleansing, then after it catches fire it turns into a long dragon like thing, If it turns into this don't worry just pass through all of your chakras.
Now to use this same powerful engry for protective use, turn it into a dragon/snake like if it hasn't turned already then imagine it wrapping around yourself, not touching you at all but around you like a shield in some cases, if your under attack, you can see this being, eat up energy, in my case it was black energy, I found this to be extremely powerful this is my first day doing this, thought I'd share with my brothers/sisters.
