So most of the time when i go grocery shopping i go to this small little place locally owned and its so great. the fruit and veggies are grown locally and most of the time picked and put for sale the same day they are much larger and taste much better than the chain grocery stores.

Anyways sometimes when I go pick up batteries or toiletries at wal-mart i say well while im here let me just pick up a couple of apples or a couple of cucumbers. but i kick myself EVERY TIME! they ALWAYS go bad within days!and when i mean bad i mean mold, bruises, and even shrinking! and once i got a cucumber and it was noticeably oily and greasy feeling i washed it and put it in the refrigerator and i was so disgusted the next day!
Over night this white wax built up ontop of the cucumber i wanted to puke but by this time i had already eaten one cucumber and a couple of apples.

After eating the food i get these crazy hormonal changes, i get horrible acne like a pizza faced teenager and a gross unusual odor on my armpits ( sorry thats really gross! TMI! ) I know someone had brought up how bad wal-mart was in the past but now im totally sold because this is beyond fucked up. kids are eating this stuff! im trying to get people notified about this!

im going to start looking for a local butcher or someone i can trust with meats now because the ones ive bought in packages are gross (chicken and beef) eventhough i probably have meat 4 times a week or less. i can trust a few people who sell fresh fish because i live by the beach so fresh fish is pretty easy to find. but you wouldnt believe the quality of chicken, its stinky, it shrinks more than half its size when you cook it sometimes the color even turns grey and some of the beef turns blue! crazy!!

but THANKFULLY since ive been eating even MORE healthier than i usually do my skin color has actually changed i dont stay in the sun but i have a glow and im not as pale as before its a great change! Stay safe brothers and sisters!

When you go to the big box grocery stores what you are dealing with is basically a 'Magic Act" illusion. They are takiing non-foods or semifoods and making people think (fool them) they are buying wholesome foods.

They use a combination of food flavorings, toxic colorings, special packaging, special lights to display meats(they make meats look better than they actually are), flavor enhancers (MSG, DSI), antooxidants (BHT, BHA), toxic flavor subsitutes, thickners, extenders, etc. etc.

The grocery store has become the stage - the producers (maufactures) are the Magicans(illusionist) and you the consumers are the audience and the 'Mark' to be taken advantage of and you pay with your money and your health.

The cucumbers you bought more than likely had been dipped into a tinted mixture of paraffin wax and oil - they do this to seal them up for shipment and to make them appear better than they actually are. It seal pesticides and antifungal chemicals to the skin that are toxic. If you do eat these cucumbers cut away the skins or better yet get fresh ones that are not oily or glossy and orangically grown.

Now about the chicken - if it smells it has spoiled -Don't eat it. Chicken needs to be kept at 32degrees F 0 degress C, as chicken will not freeze at this temparature due to the natural glycerins in the skin and meat; 38 to 40 degreesF will not do.

The shrinkish if the chicken during cooking is because they have injected or used a vaccuum vessel to force solution (a nasty mixture of Water and MSG and Broth into the meat. They are selling you water weight; sometimes up to 15% solution. This is a Jew scam. This practice used to be illegal but producers got the law changed. So, if you buy a pound of chicken 16oz you are shorted 15% so you get only 13.6oz of meat. A real rip-off.

Ground meat can contain a product called "pink slime" it is a mixture of meat bits, fat, sinew, bloody offuvia, with ammonia added to try and disinfect it as it is full of bacteria - basically garbage. When you cooked it the bloody offuvia can turn blue or grey and is a sure sign it is in the meat. If you want ground meat you are better off to buy whole fresh and grind it yourself.

Another jew scam that has been going on for years is the use of vanillin in food products instead of real vanilla bean extract. Vanillin is made syntetically from wood pulp waste and is toxic 3gm can kill you and it is used as flea spray. Vanillin comes from eugenol whhich is highly toxic and it causes death in laboratory animals due to vasacular collaspe. Vanillin is used in candy bars, ice cream, candy, butter, baked goods etc. Manufactures love it as just a few drops ppm in a large vat of ice cream give you the impression it's real vanilla when it is not. They don't give a damn about your health; just want your money.

Iv'e said for years if they could take dog fecces and flavor it and make it look good, they would sell it to you and call it food. They are getting close.

Yes, you'd be surprised at the lengths they go to for appealing appearance. I saw a scientific study where the same butter
was died green and the other left alone. LOL, tasters actually said the green one tasted different and not as good.

I was dying my beer green with food coloring on St. Patty's Day once, and decided to make blue macaroni and cheese. My girlfriend couldn't eat it. Actually, it did look gross. :)

So now I will blow the whistle on meat (monosodium glutamate)
preparation. They prepare the monosodium glutamate (with traces of
meat) at a temperature of 7 C/45 F at Tops supermarkets. And that is
company policy--many times I have found temperatures as high as 10-12 C,
or 55 kike degrees. How the fuck is this stuff going to keep at those
temperatures?

It is supposed to be kept and handled between 28 and 32 dinosaur kike
degrees (-3 to 0 C). Dairy does best around 2-3 C, and produce around
4. The coolers are not regulated that well, and it often goes as high
as 8-10 in those coolers.

As if this wasn't bad enough, I have seen "frozen" phude kept at
temperatures as high as room temperature all night while the person is
supposed to be stocking the freezers. Those phudes are to be kept at
-18 C, and I often see the thermometers as high as -12. The stuff gets
unloaded and spotted on the floor, exposed to temperatures as high as 25
C, and can sit there for as long as 6 hours at a time waiting to be
stocked.

Another trick I saw is keeping frozen turkeys in chest freezers with
open tops, with parts of the turkey sticking as much as 20 cm above the
top of the chest. Not above the "maximum load line", mind you--above
the top of the chest where it can be as warm as 25 C. They sit there
until they are sold, and usually they end up melted. I have also seen
"fresh" turkeys sold piled as high as 30 cm above the top of the chest,
where the temperature reaches 25 C. You are trying to tell me that this
is a safe temperature for meat? Maybe if they were selling houseplants.

I sure hope it's kikes that are buying this phude. I would love to see
those things getting sick from some nasty E. Coli H:0157 or something
like that from eating meat that has been sitting for several hours at 20
or 25 degreees C. Yes, all this shit I have seen is at Tops
supermarkets. One more reason not to shop that dump--and I doubt Kike
Mart is any better.
