Toz Calender, Being Goal Oriented & Overcoming Lazyness in Life

I wanted to share my way of creating momentum in my life by using the ToZ Calender,

Perhaps this might be different for others but for me I noticed that a lack of a goal in my life is quite detrimental for my mental health.

Me personally, whenever I feel like I’m straying away from the path or feel like I need a small project to keep things fresh my go to is always the calender. I have always used the calender almost like a roadmap,
1- Pinpoint what I could use more in my life
2- Find a future date for a working
3-Come up with an affirmation couple days before the working to give my subconcious some time to work on it

Something else that could be done with the calender is the days of the Deamons.
Perhaps one can make a commitment to themselves that for the next 15 days they will meditate on the sigils and names of the Deamons (that is given under the days) and try to feel their presence/energy

There has been multiple times in my life where I feel like I have fallen into a rut and dealt with extreme unmotivation. While people can experience the same thing due to different reasons I found out that using the calender, setting a goal and completing that goal got me back on my feet.

My personal recommendation is to start small and build up.

There was a time in my life where doing something daily for a week seemed like an insurmountable task let alone a 40 day working. Now 40 is no big deal and my personal goal is doing a working for 80 days.

I wanted to share my personal way of, as I said in the title beating lazyness and using the created momentum to better yourself everyday step by step

I hope this helps, have a good day everyone.
