I wanted to inform all of you with the information I have concerning health. I know most of this is common knowledge, but for some it still is not.
We all know that our food and water has become industrialized.
The jews have made us reliant on them so we can get things we need to survive. Most people would have no idea what the fuck to do with themselves if we were faced with our supermarkets being shut down and our water supplies cut off, and they believe that the "government" would never let that happen. We all know the government will very well use any means they can to get money and find ways to control us,
but its typically by means that we don't blatantly see as harmful.
I know many of us, as am I, are on a budget. I know that for awhile, with a child on the way I will not be able to afford many of the things I would like to have to improve my health, but we do our best, always.

I'll start off with the food we eat.
Even when you are buying fresh meat, fruits, and vegetables, it is still highly industrialized. The "fresh" fruits and vegetables you are purchasing [unless organic] have been genetically modified, and pumped with fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. They have been more than likely grown far away or in another country, and since they have been taken off of the vine they've been loosing nutrients.
They were also grown in a way which makes them nutrient depleted.
As I said before, many of us are on a tight budget and can't afford all of the organic foods. Farmers markets and produce places are your best bet for food that is more nutrient rich. I have also heard that in some states food stamps are accepted at farmers markets.
Obviously, always try to buy fresh as opposed to frozen.
These foods are also nutrient depleted.
Meat is a bit harder, as most people have to get their meat from supermarkets. If you have to, organic or anything antibiotic free/grass fed is a better option. If money isn't an issue it's a wonderful idea to get in contact with a local farmer to get your meats from. Most sell a full animal you take to the butcher then freeze.
I highly doubt your local farmer will have access to the disgusting chemicals the kikes have put in our "food".
Bread is pretty simple, always avoid bleached or refined grains and go for whole grain.
Everything else, condiments included, you need to read the ingredients. Just because something declares itself to be natural doesn't mean it is. The lest chemically bathed and less processed items are obviously better for you.
I believe everyone should be able to indulge and go out to eat, but as you should know unless the food you are ordering declares to be organic, no matter how delicious it is, more than likely containing a ton of chemically processed ingredients.
Many people who I have talked to don't seem to care much or think that these chemicals are in too little amounts to effect them, but its amazing all of the toxins that are in the things we eat.
YES, they do effect us!! They are detrimental to your health, they trigger disease, and they degrade the DNA, just as the enemy wanted them to! Physical health is vital to ones spiritual health and advancement.
Some more random information I have about food...
Coconut oil is the best, and as far as I can see the cheapest oil to cook with [cheaper than butter]. Many oils such as olive oil get toxic at high temperatures and many are already toxic to the body just by processing.
Aluminum/non stick/Teflon plans contain toxic chemicals. Better alternatives are cast iron pans and stainless steel.
I also avoid plastic and prefer to use glass tableware.
[Hygiene]
Products such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, deodorant, and perfumes are also filled with chemicals. Soap and shampoo take away and strip the natural sebum for our skin which invites infection and is just unhealthy. People have told me if they don't use shampoo or wash that their face/hair will get oily but its really only because the stripping of oils will cause a pretty long term overproduction of them, thankfully I have stayed away from these things long enough to not have oily skin or hair, and I don't use shampoo or cleanse my body with any soapy detergents.
The best options, if you can not afford an organic brand or make your own, are to find a cheap brand that has few chemicals. Always read the label and go with your feelings on it. There are also tons of recipes online for making all of these products at home. Toothpaste with any amount of fluoride is to be avoided, fluoride is extremely toxic and builds up in the pineal gland.
Makeup I have found also has ton of chemicals that double as neuro-toxins, and have bad effects on the skin/eyes/lashes. Personally I don't wear very much makeup, but if you must, spend the time saving money to get products which are higher quality and more natural.
This site http://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ is worth checking out.
[Water]
Our water supply is also fucked with, most notably with fluoride. I've seen it mentioned on the forums before, I believe, to avoid showers as much as possible. Body odor can be controlled with herbs/oils such as tea tree oil. If your hair gets greasy you can sprinkle in baking soda/corn starch/baby powder or whatever works best for you and comb it out. Many of us are not in a position where we own our own home or are able to get a home filter, but you can purchase filters for the sink and shower which aren't cheap but a great option.
You'll want to make sure you research exactly what the filter you buy does and does not filter out. Even a cheaper filter for the shower is better than nothing at all, and will at least significantly reduce the amount of chlorine. When you shower you should do it at the lowest temperature you are comfortable with, steam inhalation and hot water causing the pores to open more will absorb more chemicals from the water into your body.
[Healthcare]
I can't get into specifics here as its extremely broad...
I am not in a position to tell anyone to go off of medication they are on, but its always worth looking up the other ingredients in the medication you are taking. For example, I was on prozac and it made me incredibly sick..thankfully I was only on it for 2 weeks and then I refused to ever take it again. A year later I find that its mostly fluoride. I suggest if you are taking medication and you feel the need to, if it is something such as prozac, ask your doctor for an alternative.
Something easier to do, which I have done is to list fluoride as an allergy. You are all welcome to do your own research about the crock of shit so-called care from the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Its run by kikes and its for money. Of course I will also recommend researching alternative and herbal remedies for whatever problem you're experiencing.
The sun, the outdoors, beaches, even just a small place with nature if you live in a larger city is beautiful. Things like air conditioning, lighting, and electricity from appliances are necessary sometimes, but they are also artificial.
