I don't know why yahoo groups is so fickle with sending emails. I'm pretty sure
it just randomly picks which ones go through or not.

Having trouble with this meditation.
After the 13th step it says "For men, place your left palm on top of your right
palm, both facing up."
I may just be having a brain fart but if my left palm is on top of my right palm
(i'm assuming palms are touching), then how can both be facing up? With the way
it's worded i just can't picture it. My left palm is pointing down and the
right up. Unless i'm misunderstanding the "what" of 'both facing up' (i'm
assuming palms because i don't know what else it could be talking about other
than palms) i am lost as to how to place my hands.
I really want to start practicing this meditation but i got stuck here and it
might be one of those dut duh duh moments for me so sorry to waste your time.
Get pumped for Friday and Saturday. I have been waiting for a chance to attack
them. Just today i shot a little something at the pedophile pope after i saw
his visit to the UK.
