Friendly association with other people.

I was recently reading from the JOS pdf file and came across this commandment taken from Al Jilwah:
"I DO NOT ALLOW FRIENDLY ASSOCIATION WITH OTHER PEOPLE."
Does this means I do not associate/be friends with nonsatanists at all? I currently have friends who are not satanist and am curious. Hit me in the face with a frying pan, but it sounds like that is pretty simply what it is saying.

It's good to keep in mind the Al-Jilwah was given 1000 years ago and under much different circumstances than today. The Yezidi people it was dictated to had no reason to need to associate with non-Satanists, as they were all Satanists.

No you can have non-Satanist friends. Associating with only Satanists would be a lonely and nearly impossible road for us and Satan knows this. Just be clear to them (if they know) that you will not tolerate disrespect for your beliefs.

As for associating with those who are without, how many times, just in this e-group* alone, have we read about or have been direct recipients of problems with Christians? Most Christians will try to convert us, especially if they know we are Satanists. Very few if any, will have a live and let live attitude towards a known Satanist. Nearly all will pray for us and this invites psychic harassment that can be more then just annoying. As for hard core Muslims, their practice has been if they cannot convert someone, they resort to murder. Many Yezidis have been murdered en masse by Muslims.
