while performing this working sit in a regular chair like at the kitchen table and stare at this picture intensely if you can go into a trance while staring at it it's even better.

Save the image and then open it up with Windows Photo Viewer and make it as large as possible.

Then put on some music that empowers you and gives you those feelings Father Satan provides...strength, courage, empowerment, and positivity. Wearing headphones is ideal.

While staring at the picture in your chair and listening to your empowering pump up music stomp your LEFT FOOT and wiggle the fingers of your LEFT HAND to the beat on the INHALE while saying your affirmation(left side ONLY while breathing in as the left side draws energy into the body).

Then on the EXHALE stomp with your RIGHT FOOT only and wiggle your RIGHT HAND fingers only (the right side ONLY while exhaling as the right side/hand directs energy)

Then simply perform the affirmation accordingly or if it's one you made up yourself say it 5 times.

Then directly afterwards focus on the sun absorbing your affirmations energy and shining it out into and covering the globe. Literally spread it everywhere!!
